The Big Tree Inn is located at 46 Main Street in the Historic District of Geneseo, New York.

To reach the Big Tree Inn from I390:

1. I-390 to the Geneseo exit, exit 8.
2. Head west on Route 20A toward Geneseo.
3. At the third traffic light, turn right onto Main Street.
4. Big Tree Inn is located on the left-hand side just after the big bear fountain.
